I’ve pushed another update for XKit 5.x (the problems don’t seem to happen on XKit 6.x) to fix the One-Click reblog problems.
If you are using XKit 5.x, try the following:
And again, if the problem still continues, send me an ask telling me when it happens (reblogging a picture or text post, sending to queue, etc.)
Again, I am really sorry for the inconvenience, and I thank you for using XKit and supporting it.
The old “Follower Checker” on XKit 6.0 has been renamed to “Follower Delta Checker”, since it now has a sister extension: “Mutual Follower Checker”!
As the name suggests, the Mutual Follower Checker allows you to see who doesn’t follow you back, while the “Delta Checker” allows you to see who started/stopped following you.
Delta Checker is included in all new versions of XKit, while if you already have XKit 6.0, you can get the Delta Checker from the Extension Gallery.
Also, the Delta Checker has been updated so you can “click” on the usernames to make their blogs open in a new tab.
Thank you for using XKit!
From time to time, you might need to manually update extensions. On XKit, extensions get updated automatically, every 2-3 hours. But sometimes, a bug might prevent XKit from updating itself, or you just might not want to wait that long for the bug fix.
So, here’s how to automatically update extensions:
XKit 5.x:
XKit 6:
XInbox 2.3 for XKit 5.x, and 3.1 for XKit 6.0 PR 1 is released today. These extensions provide bug fixing and new features.
XInbox 2.3: (XKit 5.x)
XInbox 3.1: (XKit 6)
You should get the updates in a few hours, but if you don’t want to wait, check out how to update them now by clicking here.
And you won’t get your account deleted for using it.
I am still trying to find out what is causing it, but it looks like it’s a glitch (or, to be honest, a security breach) on Tumblr’s servers.
As you might’ve noticed, you can not “view” the old customize pages. It’s not XKit’s fault though: Tumblr removed the old page, causing XKit to refresh the page in a desperate attempt to get the old one.
Since there is nothing I can do about this, I’ve removed the Classic Customize Redirector from the Extension Gallery. Please note that you have to uninstall the extension yourself in order to access the Customize pages again.
