Yep. It’s a Chrome problem. and I know why it does it.
There might be two reasons for that to happen, and here is how to fix it:
- It is because you are installing XKit from Userscripts.org, and not on the Download Now button on this blog. XKit for Chrome differs from XKit for Firefox, and the Userscript.org allows users to download the Firefox Edition.
- You have two XKits Installed! Click on the Wrench icon, then Preferences, and then Extensions and remove the that doesn’t have the “X” icon.
