There was a bug in XCloud that prevented backups from being sent to the server on some XKit configurations. It effected a small number of computers, and it has been fixed now.

You should get the new update in a few hours. If you don’t, please check the post here, since your update manager might be broken. If you don’t want to wait, here’s how you can get it now:

1. Click on the X icon on your dashboard
2. Click on Advanced Settings
3. Click on View Internal Packages
4. Click on xkit_preferences
5. It should read Version 3.5 REV A or higher.
6. If it does not, click Re-install/Manually Update this package
7. Refresh the page, and try to make a backup.
