If you upgraded from XKit 5 to 6 and keep getting those popups or it reinstalling itself, please read this before sending an ask or a bug report.

There is a bug that I am working on to fix that might cause an error message to appear over and over again, or XKit installing itself, over and over again. Please follow the instructions below to fix this:

1. Did you remove XKit 4/5 as instructed?
   If not,click on the Menu button on Chrome > Settings > Extensions and remove it. If you are on Firefox, delete XKit from the Tools > Greasemonkey Menu
    
2. Update your Browser
   Please upgrade to the latest version of your browser from it’s website.
    
3. Reset XKit
   If that didn’t fix it, or if you still see the old XKit 5 menu, go to www.tumblr.com/xkit_reset to reset it.
