Yep, you can now take photos and send them to other XIM users now!

Note that this is in very-very-very-extremely beta, so if you find any problems, please let me know, and read the following carefully:

1. For now, you can only take photos using your webcam. I am working on uploading files from your computer.
2. Images are reduced to 320x240 to save processing time on XIM Server. This will be increased in the future.
3. Do not refresh the page or sign off while transferring a photo! XIM should alert you when the connection is interrupted, but in some rare cases, it might get stuck and you might need to refresh the page in order to send a new photo.
4. If you have a webcam splitting software, XIM might not recognize your webcam. Please disable it before transferring photos.
5. If the poor server can’t handle it, I might temporarily have to disable photo transfers while I rewrite XIM Server Software.

If you haven’t gotten it yet, go to the XKit control panel and make sure your XIM version is 3.1 Rev A. Update manually if necessary.
