I’m getting a lot of asks on this, so I’ll just post it here.

1. It’s not like I have Follower Checker for XKit 7 up and ready, but keeping it to myself. I can’t make it a separate extension or an optional download, since it doesn’t exist: XKit 6 extensions simply do not work on XKit 7 unless re-written from ground up.

2. Yes, you can still use XKit 6. But although 95% of the bugs caused by the Tumblr dashboard update has been fixed on XKit 7, only One-Click Postage has been fixed on XKit 6 so far, and after the Safari port, no further fixes will be provided for reasons I’ve specified before, such as codebase differences and lack of time. And since Tumblr always changes things, XKit 6 will probably become useless after a month or two.

3. I’ve made that poll so I wouldn’t have to spend time working on Follower Checker if the majority of users don’t want it, and spend it doing more exciting stuff, like Soft Refresh or XIM.

4. A majority is a majority, even when it’s 50.1% to 49.9%. Please respect that.
