I apologize deeply for the problems you have been having with XKit lately. It’s just that right after I’ve started my vacation:
- A server-side Tumblr bug caused XInbox to stop working (day 3)
- Tumblr changed the sidebar and notifications (day 4 or 5)
- Tumblr changed the Inbox code, confusing XKit and causing it to tag you, instead of the asker. (day 5 or 6)
- OS X 10.9 with Safari 7 came out, and apparently, XKit is not supported by that. (DOM error)
Since I’m just eating pizza in my room tonight, I was able to fix the tagging problem with asks. XInbox 1.7 REV G fixes the wrong tagging. You can wait a few hours for automatic updating, or go to your XKit Control Panel > XInbox > Update to get the update now.
I would fix the Safari 7 bug too, but this hotel internet is not good enough to download it without keeping me waiting for at least 3-4 hours, so it will be fixed as soon as I get home, which is this monday. And lastly, the dashboard update caused all the icons of the buttons XKit add there to just vanish. Since it would take at least a few hours, and that I’m really tired today, those will be fixed this monday, also.
